Project GeoSolar is a pioneering renovation service based in New England, dedicated to converting traditional houses into eco-friendly, NetZero standard homes. We leverage the power of ground and solar energy to create sustainable living spaces that are not only cost-effective but also environmentally friendly—helping protect our planet and preserve it for future generations. Our innovative approach involves utilizing existing utility payments, green financing, and state and federal energy efficiency programs—such as Mass Save and the Inflation Reduction Act—to achieve electrification and net-zero targets without the need for upfront capital investments.

At Project GeoSolar, our leadership and execution teams bring together decades of combined expertise in drilling, engineering, and sustainable energy solutions. Our Managing Director has over 15 years of international drilling experience, holds a Master’s degree in Reservoir Engineering, and is a certified designer for ground source heat pumps.
We hold drilling licenses in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, New York, and through the National Ground Water Association (NGWA), our drilling operations are performed at the highest professional standards.
Leading the operation side of our business is an executive with an MBA from MIT, ensuring that our projects are strategically planned and effectively managed from start to finish. We partner with top-notch drilling teams that use high-tech rigs, capable of operating in small footprints, backed by a proven track record of successfully drilling over one million feet worldwide.
Beyond drilling, we have a dedicated group of local mechanical system installers who seamlessly connect underground geothermal systems to each home, optimizing performance and comfort. Finally, our solar team completes the transformation by integrating solar power, allowing each renovated property to achieve true NetZero efficiency. Together, we make it possible for homeowners to transition to clean, cost-effective energy while helping protect our planet for generations to come.
